WORKSHOP
RESILIENCE TRAINING FOR MANAGERS, LEADERS AND TEAMS
What's the one thing everyone struggles with?
Connecting to their feelings.
What we avoid, push down, or don’t fully register tends to show up elsewhere: in decision-making, in communication, in stress levels, and in the way we relate to others at work.
This workshop focusses on making that connection clearer and more workable. The aim is not to “feel better” in the short term, but to understand what it means to "feel well". This translates into more grounded, effective functioning over time.
We look at questions such as:
What are feelings actually for, and how do they influence behaviour?
What happens when we avoid them, and how does that affect performance, relationships, and self-esteem?
Why do high-functioning people often struggle in this area without realising it?
Alongside this, participants are introduced to practical ways of responding differently using approaches that support resilience, clearer thinking under pressure, and a more constructive and compassionate work environment.
The workshop is direct, reflective, and practical. This is not about motivation or quick fixes, but about developing a more realistic and useful understanding of how people function.
